The Super Clutch is the only direct bolt on diaphragm kit designed for your 3/5 finger clutch, found on panheads shovelheads and any 4 speed big twin basket. Our design guarantees more power to your wheel, zero dragging at lights, no slipping at high rpm, and a significantly easier and shorter clutch pull. The Super Clutch takes less than 10 minutes to install and utilizes 6061 billet aluminum pressure plates and an American made clutch spring. Unlike oem spring clutches, once set, our spring pressure will never come out of adjustment. Diaphragm springs are resistant to heat, vibration, and maintain spring height so you can set your clutch once and enjoy a smooth and reliable drivetrain. Since the 1990s Harley Davidson ditched coil spring clutches in favor of diaphragm springs. Diaphragm springs simply provide more pressure, more evenly. The Super Clutch offers several benefits for your early Harley.

Although the Super Clutch creates more spring pressure, our clutches are easier to pull. And require you to pull them less distance in order to work. While using a hand clutch setup, not only will you experience a significantly easier clutch pull, but your clutch lever will provide more travel to engage and disengage your clutch. While using a foot clutch system, the super clutch will give you a smoother and reliable friction zone in a smaller window.

Owning and servicing a Super Clutch is designed specifically for your bike. Installing a super clutch takes only minutes. No need for a spring compressor, the Super Clutch can be taken apart and reinstalled on the road with 1 wrench. The added pressure from the diaphragm spring keeps plates from prematurely wearing, and our recessed pressure plates protect open primaries from contaminants.

And finally, the Super Clutch is designed to keep your bike how you want it. No proprietary hubs, special friction plates, expensive replacement parts. Simply bolt the Super Clutch to your bike and continue to utilize OEM parts that are easy to source and affordable to buy.
